Mango Sago Pudding with Gula Melaka
Sago pudding with gula melaka, or sago gula melaka, is a much-loved dessert in Asia, and it is not difficult to see why. Smooth sago pearls like crystal beads, drizzled with rich golden gula melaka (palm sugar) syrup and a fitting dash of creamy coconut milk - in other words, the stuff that dreams are made of.
Gula Melaka is the sugar from a coconut tree. Combined with Kara coconut cream and poured over a sago pearl pudding, make this dessert a true delight. Nevertherless, by adding mango make another great combination.

STEPS:
- Boil the brown sugar, water and sugar for 10min. Put at side and let it cold down.
- Mix well the sauce and heat for 1min.
- Put sago into bow add in mango meat.
- Add in sauce and brown sugar and ready to serve.
